Any personal information you send to Nebula-PPS via email is done so at your own risk.
Price and Payment
Nebula-PPS reserves the right to change prices listed on the web site (If any) without prior notice.
The price you pay for goods is as shown on our web site at the time you order excluding postage and packing fees, where applicable.
Use of the web shop
Nebula-PPS reserves the right to withdraw the web site, any information contained in the web site, and any goods offered for sale on the web site without any prior notice.
Nebula-PPS reserves the right to investigate your use of the web site for any reason whatsoever and report any suspected unlawful use of the site or fraudulent use of any credit or debit card or other payment method to relevant law enforcement authorities.
You must be 18 years or older to use the web site and purchase goods offered for sale on the web site.

Offer to Purchase and Acceptance
An order placed by you through this web site will be considered as an offer to purchase goods from Nebula-PPS Ltd.
Until your offer has been accepted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, no contract for the sale of goods exists between you and Nebula-PPS and for the avoidance of doubt, prior to such acceptance; We shall
have no obligation to deliver any goods pursuant to your order.
On receipt of your order Nebula-PPS shall issue a confirmation email to confirm receipt of your order.
An order is not accepted until Nebula-PPS sends written acknowledgement to the purchaser, or part or all of the products ordered are dispatched.
Nebula-PPS reserves the right to refuse to accept an offer to purchase goods for any reason whatsoever.
To withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods you must communicate this to Nebula-PPS by email to info@nebula-pps.co.uk or by telephone to (01903) 766642 and you must specify the order number(s) to which the cancellation relates and full details of all items in respect of which you wish to cancel.
You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning any goods to us where you cancel the contract.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Nebula-PPS will replace any goods returned by you which when delivered were either damaged or did not conform to the specification stated on the web site, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods to the address specified on your order.
Goods will only be replaced after the original goods are returned unused.
Nebula-PPS will not be liable for any goods that are not returned by you as required.
Placing an order with Nebula-PPS Ltd will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.
